Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling       We will ship to anywhere in Canada or the US. At the time of ordering, you are shown the delivery options for your area, and your order will show you the total shipping cost. Shipping cost is calculated based on estimated shipping charges from Winnipeg, Canada for an insured package based on the weight of the order. In certain circumstances we may need to change the shipping charge, but if so you will be notified in advance. Expedited Post shipping is FREE for orders over $1,500 Cdn on prepaid orders only.

Delivery Schedule We will process your order upon receipt. We will normally send your order to you in 7 to 10 business days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges       Orders shipped within Canada are charged 5% GST. Orders shipped within Manitoba, or picked up from our location are also charged 7% Provincial Sales Tax. Manitoba customers that are PST exempt can indicate so and provide their exemption number at the time of ordering. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian tax and do not attract any US duty charges.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee       It is your responsibility to ensure suitability of use and that you order the correct item as we cannot offer refunds or allow returns. In unusual cases we may allow a return for credit, but a 15% restocking charge will be applied.
